Derek was very, very helpful and easy to do business with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Trevor & Jay (fitters)both worked well as a team, leaving our home just as we would have wanted. Well Done!! We like the way we were kept informed at every stage of the process. Your standard of workmanship was of the highest standard.

Paul has an excellent style - professional and helpful withougt being pushy. We were so impressed with the professionalism, politeness and tidiness of the installers. We're amazed that no decoration repair was needed thank you. The reason we chose Bergson and Eaton to do our windows was down to the personal and professional service enjoyed when erecting our conservatory.

Derek was very good - I would certainly work with him again. He knows what he is talking about. Surveyor came when promised and did what he said he would. The installers were very effictive - did the job quickly with no fuss and no mess - very good. All the people I had contact with were great. The office back up is a credit.

Dear Paul Please find enclosed cheque in full settlement of our window installation. Your fitters were so efficient, they'd finished early and I therefore couldn't give them the cheque.
