The Fully Reversible Range

The Fully Reversible flush casement window is available either internally or externally beaded, ie fully sashed (balanced glass lines).

Timber
Softwood: Scandinavian Redwood or clear finger jointed lamainated sash.
Hardwood: West African Idigbo

In excess of BS 644 all sashes and frames are comb jointed, glued and pinned

Sections
Glazing rebates are ventilated and rained, sash section to be a minimum finished size of 56 x 75mm to ensure sufficient clearance and width for handles.

Weatherseals
Fitted to frame area to be water resisting, foam encapsulated in a hardwearing U.V. resistant sleeve to provide protection from paint and stain finishes.

Hinges
IPA side or top swing options.

Fire Excape
These windows can be used as fire escape windows providing the size permits a minimum clear opening of 450x750mm. Minimum size top swing: 570 x 1200mm high; minimum size side swing: 600x900mm high.

Ironmongery
Handle Colours: Gold, Grey, Nickel Chrome, White & Brown (locking or non-locking). Cockspur with night vent facility. Security minimum 2 point Espagnolette bolt and 2 shoot bolts, security claws to hinge side. Disabled use: offset low level handles (side hung casements) 220mm up from bottom edge of sash.

Glazing
To glazing specifications, where H.S.E. weight restrictions permit (24mm unit max).

Factory Finishes - All water based systems (24mm unit max).

Options - Factory applied primer (minimum)
Optional Semi Finished - 1 further coat factory applied, air assisted spray approx 150 microns wet film thickness (64 microns dry). Optionally fully finished - top coat, factory applied air assisted spray, approx 150 microns wet film (64 microns dry).
