Orangeries have been enhancing homes since the 17th century, when they were primarily owned by the elite. Where they once would have been used to protect citrus trees in the winter, they're now used as a stunning addition to people's homes.
The main difference between an orangery and a conservatory is that orangeries are constructed using a blend of large glass windows and traditional brick that will seamlessly blend into your home. Bricks aren’t generally used in conservatories extensions, meaning orangeries appear as a more natural extension to your property.
