Victorian Conservatories

Extend your home with a conservatory that combines traditional style & modern design

Victorian Conservatories

Celebrate that period detail and incorporate the elaborate and exquisite features that you get with a Victorian Conservatory. The Victorian is the most popular conservatory style, with its ornate columns, lead covered domes, prominent pediments and intricate and delicate glaze bar designs. It is most likely the style that springs to mind when you think of a conservatory.

The traditional style originates from the Victorian period and is very much influenced by the architecture of that time. Its combination of large panes of glass and arched panels reflect the beauty of the design from the mid to late 19th century. The key feature is the bay front, which can be made up of 3 or 5 windows at wide angles and allow for panoramic views of your garden space.

Traditional Victorian conservatories are ideal for extending period properties, but the more modern designs and styles make Victorian extension a great feature for any type of home.

Bespoke Victorian Conservatory Designs

We’re proud to offer a fully bespoke service for all of our Victorian conservatories, giving you creative control and allowing you to work with our designers to create the conservatory to suit your exact needs. Each designer will use their knowledge, skill and capabilities to develop ideas with you to create a truly magnificent feature, adding architectural value to your home.

Conservatory Materials

Our conservatories are available in uPVC, aluminium and timber finishes, ensuring you find the material best suited to your requirements.

  • uPVC -Available in a range of subtle colours and offers a clean and classic appearance. Highly energy efficient and the best option for sound proofing.
  • Aluminium – Stronger structure than uPVC and greater resistance to corrosion. Same thermal efficiency as uPVC, but due to the stronger structure it can hold larger glass panels to provide optimal garden views.
  • Hardwood - Made of timber, it offers equal strength and thermal efficiency benefits of Aluminium. A unique benefit is its beautifully natural appearance, which can add style and charm to any home.
