We are also more than happy to take away the added pressure of applying for building regulations and planning permission documentation, by getting in touch with the local council on our customers behalf, so our customers can relax and be rest assured that the legal work has been taken care of.

When installing a conservatory or an orangery, it is expected that there will be some disruption within the home however at Bergson and Eaton, we ensure that the process runs as smoothly and as stress-free as possible. At Bergson and Eaton, we follow a simple yet effective process when it comes to installing a conservatory or an orangery. Firstly, there’s the design process, We know that ultimately, our customers want an installation that looks unique and is professionally designed and installed. Therefore, we work closely with our customers to ensure the design they want is stylish, unique and tailored specifically to them. During the design process, a member of the Bergson and Eaton team will visit your home to take pictures of your garden and house exterior. These will then be passed on to our experienced design team who will then create 3D computer image showing how the conservatory or orangery will look from every angle. This is part of our free design and quotation service, ensuring you get a very real vision and idea of your installation beforehand.

The next step is conducting the survey. We will arrange for a qualified surveyor to visit your home, to take all the measurements required, and to collect all the finer details such as the location for the windows, walls, and doors. Once the specifications are prepared, the surveyor will contact our order processing department where everything concerning the conservatory or orangery will be finalised and confirmed with the customer before any parts or products are ordered.

When it comes to the installation of your conservatory or orangery, we use our own team of highly qualified and experienced builders and fitters to ensure the highest standard of workmanship is carried out throughout the installation process. This way, we can guarantee that there is continuity for the customer as well as being able to monitor every stage of the works. Our installations manager, Robert Springer, will regularly visit the customer to ensure they’re happy and satisfied and that the whole installation is running smoothly and efficiently.

The plumbing work will be done by our dedicated plumber; the electrics, such as the sockets and light fittings will be installed once the brickwork has been completed.

We thoroughly enjoy seeing a completed project, as well as seeing our happy and satisfied customers’ reactions. Our customers can sit back and relax knowing that we never leave a project unfinished and once a project is complete, the customer and project manager will give a final inspection.
